Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling cost. Please allow 3-10 business days upon arrival of our facility to process your request.

Orders are normally processed within 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS, excluding holidays (processing time does not include delivery time). PLEASE ALLOW COMPLETE PROCESSING TIME BEFORE REQUESTING A TRACKING NUMBER. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once an order is shipped

DELIVERY TIME (once package ships): Delivery time does not include processing time.  For domestic orders, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery, expedited shipping within the US normally takes 2-3 business days if applicable.  

INCORRECT ADDRESSES:  Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly on the checkout page. Once your item ships we are unable to correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address given. We do not offer refunds, store credit or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
